30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Due to food safety regulations and health standards, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used. If you have opened part of a bulk order, we will be able to give partial refund for the unopened portion. Refunds will be calculated upon receiving. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Products bought at in-store locations are subject to the return policy of the store you purchased them from.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with compromised packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage when submitting your claim.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we made an error and shipped the wrong product, we’ll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send the correct item at no additional charge and arrange for return of the incorrect item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving authorization
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged product): We cover return shipping
- Returns for other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products past the 30-day return window
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange unopened products for a different item of equal or lesser value. If you’d like an item of greater value, simply pay the difference.
